PipPip Delivery operates as an on-demand marketplace connecting customers in Lebanon with local stores (merchants) and independent drivers for delivery services.
Information We Collect
Full Name
Required to personalize your account profile, print invoice tags, and identify customers to vendors and drivers.
Phone Number
Used for SMS/OTP phone verification, account sign-in, order dispatch confirmations, and driver/store inquiries.
Date of Birth
Collected to verify age eligibility requirements to ensure users are legally permitted to place orders.
Delivery Addresses
Saved shipping coordinates and address instructions required for delivery drivers to successfully drop off orders.
GPS Location
Real-time geographical coordinates retrieved during order dispatch and active delivery stages to facilitate accurate driver routes and live tracking.
Order History
Detailed logs of items ordered, stores visited, timestamps, and order values, used to offer direct re-ordering and customer support.
How We Use Information
PipPip Delivery utilizes the data we collect for the following essential business purposes:
- Fulfilling Orders: Processing, verifying, and delivering store items.
- Connecting Dispatch: Linking your location and order details to an available delivery partner.
- App Improvement: Monitoring system usage to patch crashes, upgrade UI layouts, and optimize loading times.
- Support Services: Helping resolve order mix-ups, cancellations, payments, or account problems.
- Trust & Safety: Safeguarding customers, merchants, and drivers against fraud or illicit activities.
Location Access
To provide accurate ETA calculations and enable smooth live tracking of orders, PipPip Delivery requires access to your device's GPS location services.
We track the coordinates of your delivery address when you place an order, and we monitor the delivery driver's location while they are completing your order. You can grant or revoke location access at any time through your device's OS permissions, but doing so will prevent you from tracking live deliveries.
Payments (Cash on Delivery Only)
PipPip Delivery operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method within Lebanon.
Because we only offer Cash on Delivery, we do not store, request, or process any credit card numbers, banking credentials, or digital payment data. Your financial privacy is secured because no online payment transactions occur on our servers.
Data Security
We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and digital safeguards to keep your personal data secure. This includes encrypting data streams with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols and utilizing secure cloud hosting environments.
While we take maximum precautions, no wireless or internet transmissions can be guaranteed 100% secure. We encourage you to choose strong account passwords and avoid sharing your account credentials with anyone.
Notifications
We may use in-app notifications and push notifications to send order updates, delivery status updates, promotional offers, app updates, and important service announcements. Users can manage notification preferences through their device or application settings where available.
Account Management & Deletion
You maintain direct control over your profile data. You can access, update, or correct your personal contact details, profile photo, and delivery locations from the Profile Settings tab inside the PipPip Delivery app.
Users can request account deletion at any time through the app settings. Once a deletion request is submitted, the account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after a retention period of up to 30 days. During this period, users may reactivate their account and restore access. After the retention period expires, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children. PipPip Delivery does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has registered an account and provided us with personal details, we will immediately take steps to terminate the account and purge their data from our database. If you suspect that a child has created an unauthorized account, please notify our support team immediately.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes we make will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
