Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the PipPip Delivery application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PipPip Delivery. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PipPip Delivery Platform for your personal, non-commercial shopping and delivery purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete profile information at all times.

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your account password, SMS verification codes, and logins.

Any activities occurring under your account are deemed your responsibility. You agree to notify PipPip Delivery immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach relating to your registered profile.

When you place an order, it is transmitted to the merchant vendor for preparation and packaging.

The contract for the purchase of any item is strictly between you and the merchant store. All orders are subject to merchant confirmation and stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders on behalf of merchants if items are sold out or out of stock.

Deliveries are carried out by a network of independent courier drivers.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times (ETAs), these are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high order volume, heavy traffic, extreme weather conditions, or check-point inspections. You must provide a precise location address and remain reachable by phone during delivery.

PipPip Delivery operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis for all order fulfillment in Lebanon.

You agree to pay the delivery driver in full, in cash, upon receipt of your ordered items. Drivers carry limited change, so customers are highly encouraged to prepare the exact order amount in advance.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Customers must contact PipPip customer support to request a cancellation. Cancellation approval depends on the order status, merchant preparation progress, and delivery status. PipPip reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests when the order is already being prepared or delivered.

For logistics optimization and order matching, the Platform requests permission to access your device's location services.

Your coordinates are used to calculate accurate delivery paths and map distance fees. Revoking location permission blocks critical delivery logistics features.

Merchant stores set the pricing of their items on the Platform. We work closely with vendors to ensure accuracy, but price changes and real-time updates may occur without prior notice.

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on distance, traffic, fuel rates, and promotional discounts.

PipPip Delivery functions solely as an intermediary marketplace platform.

• Merchant Vendors: Solely responsible for the quality, legality, preparation, packaging, and accuracy of ordered items.
• Independent Couriers: Solely responsible for the safe and swift transport of goods from the store to your designated address.

Customers and delivery drivers may communicate through the application's chat and calling features solely for delivery-related purposes. Any misuse of these communication tools, including harassment, abusive behavior, spam, fraud, or inappropriate conduct, may result in account suspension or permanent account termination.

PipPip Delivery provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties or representations regarding platform uptime, merchant food quality, or driver actions. To the fullest extent permitted under Lebanese law, PipPip Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete your account, without prior notice, in our sole discretion.

Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to: submitting fake orders, repeatedly refusing cash payment upon delivery, abusing or harassing drivers, committing fraud, or violating any clause of these Terms.

PipPip Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of and agreement to the modified rules.
